INTRODUCTION:

The user agrees by virtue of viewing, and/or usage of any full version, and/or limited trial version, of any of the AHP products, whether in digital or hardcopy format, as well as websites’ content and images on antshole.com and antsonio.com, to the terms as written herein.

DEVICE:

All Ants Hole Publishing (AHP) products have limits on the number of usage devices which are defined in every AHP product.

ANTI-PIRACY:

The USER agrees not to reverse engineer, imitate, emulate, clone, capture, or copy any of AHP’s products, and/or websites. whether full or trial versions; or describe AHP’s Apps to another party, with such malicious intent, as described herein.

LIABILITY:

The USER agrees to assume all risks, and does not hold Ants Hole liable in any way for damages to the USERS’s device (s), files, data, and/or what can be construed as financial loss. In addition, AHP’s products carry no warranties of any type, either stated or implied

TECH SUPPORT:

AHP offers email and Users Guide support for all applications it develops.
AHP does not offer telephone support.

VENUE:

The buyer agrees to sue for no more than the exact invoice billing price and that the legal venue for any such action would be in the State and Coounty, where Ants Hole’s trade name is filed, and in the case of free productions, there can be no action against Ants Hole whatsoever.

The USER also understands that this agreement is under the governance of pertinent laws, and that it is within the providence of Ants Hole to pursue legal action to protect the property rights, intellectual property right, and/or copyrights.
